It’s been 11 years now since I moved to the NYC area – and yet I am still regularly surprised by the ever-evolving landscape, new hide-aways and historic treasures I continue to find.. Angela reached out to me earlier in the year regarding photography as they were planning their Campbell Apartment Elopement. A quiet little bar full of the essence of an era passed, tucked away in the back of Grand Central Station, this spot is an ideal place for an elopement. Opening their doors before the public for a small ceremony, Angela and Darrell were then able to have a romantic post-celebration cocktail in this amazing space.
Our day together was beautiful – full of spring blossoms and easy conversation. We started at their hotel where and then hoped into a taxi for Central Park. Exploring The Pond area and Gapstow Bridge, we leisurely meandered over to the west side and back down to the hotel. From there we freshened up before heading to The Campbell Apartment and then off to Nougatine at Jean-Georges for a brunch.
