We love to travel. As in, it’s in all our souls. Aiden will talk about vacations years after they’ve happened – which for a 5 year old is mighty impressive. Of course, he always asks to ‘go back to the lobster place!’. Kid also has taste 😉 And his little side kick is quickly following suit. My outdoors-men through and through. It’s as though it re-calibrates our center. Brings us back to feeling whole and complete.
And photographically this trip was monumental. I shot almost solely on my Hasselblad, very little on digital. To capture such cherished moments, and then to wait to get the scans back from the lab and find they are pretty friggin amazing. Well. Top it off with a wonderful couple showing up just as we were leaving and offering to snap a family photo of us. Well, I’d say it was a perfect adventure.
